Object Spotted on NASATV Footage

In this clip of mission STS-117, broadcasted by NASA's own TV station on 9th of June 2007, an object can be seen moving under the robotic arm. The small bright dot appears to be pulsing as it moves up and to the left of the screen. (0:32)
